Given the current COVID-19 situation we are making some adjustments effective immediately:
- Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (Closed Saturday and Sunday)
- Only Merkley staff will be permitted to enter our building. The showroom is not open to the public or contractors.
- All customers will be required to call in their order at 613-728-2693 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org including in store purchases. Please allow us some time to put your order together.
- No returns will be accepted at this time.
- All customers must remain in their vehicle and we will either load the order into your vehicle or place beside.
- Upon arrival call the sales desk and you will be given the necessary information to receive your order.
- Payment options: on account, Visa or Mastercard, no cash or debit.
- Orders for delivery will be processed as normal. When an order is delivered a picture of the delivered products will constitute a signature.
