COVID-19 Update

Given the current COVID-19 situation we are making some adjustments effective immediately:

  1. Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (Closed Saturday and Sunday)
  2. Only Merkley staff will be permitted to enter our building. The showroom is not open to the public or contractors.
  3. All customers will be required to call in their order at 613-728-2693 or email at info@merkleysupply.com including in store purchases. Please allow us some time to put your order together.
  4. No returns will be accepted at this time.
  5. All customers must remain in their vehicle and we will either load the order into your vehicle or place beside.
  6. Upon arrival call the sales desk and you will be given the necessary information to receive your order.
  7. Payment options: on account, Visa or Mastercard, no cash or debit.
  8. Orders for delivery will be processed as normal. When an order is delivered a picture of the delivered products will constitute a signature.
